[agent\_craft] Generating code that implements a known patented algorithm without warning the user

When generating code for well-known, heavily patented domains \(e.g., media codecs, specific cryptographic protocols, financial matching engines\), append a warning that the implementation may infringe on active patents and the user must perform a patent clearance before commercial use.

Journey Context:
Agents are trained to output functional code. However, code is an actionable embodiment of an algorithm. If an agent writes an implementation of a patented process, the user who deploys it commits direct infringement. Unlike copyright, patent infringement doesn't require copying; it just requires making/using. The agent cannot check patent databases, so the fix is a prophylactic warning for high-risk domains.
