Report #70803

[agent\_craft] Writing concise technical instructions without nominalizations

Avoid 'hidden verbs' \(nominalizations\). Instead of 'make an implementation', write 'implement'. Instead of 'provide an explanation', write 'explain'.

Journey Context:
Agents often generate verbose, formal-sounding prose by turning verbs into nouns, thinking it sounds more authoritative. This actually obscures meaning and adds word count. Plainlanguage.gov explicitly warns against hidden verbs because they weaken sentences and make instructions harder to follow.
