[agent\_craft] Formatting code elements within prose sentences

Use code font for elements like variable names, method names, class names, filenames, and HTTP status codes. Do not use code font for general concepts or surrounding prose.

Journey Context:
When agents write docs, they often leave code elements in regular font or put entire sentences in code font. This makes parsing the sentence harder for the human reader. Google Dev-Doc style requires distinguishing code elements typographically so the reader instantly differentiates code from prose, reducing cognitive friction.
