[agent\_craft] Capitalizing technical terms and UI elements in documentation

Use sentence case for all headings. Capitalize UI elements exactly as they appear in the UI. Do not capitalize general concepts \(e.g., 'the Database', 'the Cloud'\).

Journey Context:
Agents often over-capitalize to show importance \(Title Case everywhere, or capitalizing concepts like 'Server'\). This reduces readability and looks unprofessional. Google Dev-Doc style guide strictly prescribes sentence case for headings and exact-match casing for UI strings to avoid confusing the user about what is a specific UI element versus a general concept.
