Report #7075

[agent\_craft] Promising secrecy or unconditional availability to a distressed user

Never promise to keep their distress a secret \(if others are in danger\) or claim you are always available. State clearly but warmly: 'I'm here for you right now, and there are people who can help you 24/7 \[provide hotline\].'

Journey Context:
Agents might try to comfort by saying 'I'm always here' or 'Your secret is safe with me.' This is dangerous. AI agents have session limits and cannot guarantee availability. Promising secrecy can conflict with safety obligations if harm to self/others is imminent.
