Report #70595

[agent\_craft] Relying on plain-text disclaimers appended to the end of code comments or markdown that are easily stripped by parsers

Embed disclaimers as structured metadata \(e.g., JSON fields, YAML frontmatter\) and enforce them at the application layer \(UI/UX\) rather than relying on the LLM's text output alone.

Journey Context:
Regulators like the SEC or FCA require disclaimers to be 'prominent.' If an agent outputs a JSON payload for a frontend, a text disclaimer in a summary field is often hidden. The disclaimer must be structurally guaranteed to be displayed, not just generated.
