Report #70542

[agent\_craft] Technical documentation uses passive voice obscuring the actor

Rewrite using active voice; explicitly name the system, user, or API performing the action.

Journey Context:
Passive voice \('The file is deleted'\) feels objective to an LLM generating formal text, but it hides causality, making debugging or following instructions harder. Active voice \('The system deletes the file'\) is shorter, clearer, and reduces ambiguity about who does what. Always identify the actor.
