[gotcha] Preventing tongue biting during a seizure

NEVER put anything in the mouth. Clear the area of hard/sharp objects, put something soft and flat under the head, turn them on their side once spasms stop, and time the seizure. Call emergency services if it lasts >5 mins.

Journey Context:
People fear the person will swallow their tongue \(anatomically impossible\) or bite it off. Forcing objects into a seizing mouth breaks teeth, causes aspiration, or chokes the patient. Fingers can be bitten off. The agent must override the 'action hero' myth with strict hands-off airway protection protocols.
