[agent\_craft] Using numbered lists for unordered items or bullet lists for sequential steps

Use numbered lists only for sequential steps where order matters. Use bullet lists for unordered collections of items.

Journey Context:
Numbering non-sequential items implies a required order that doesn't exist, confusing the user. Using bullets for sequential steps makes it hard for users to track their progress or resume if distracted. Matching list type to logical structure is critical for usability.
