Specify the exact constraints, tech stack, and evaluation criteria instead of relying on persona labels.

Persona prompts worked early on to activate specific latent spaces in base/early-instruct models. Now, instruction-tuned models are already optimized to follow directions; 'act as an expert' wastes tokens and can paradoxically make the model more verbose or hallucinate credentials. Specificity of constraints beats persona.
