[gotcha] Advising a bystander to administer aspirin to someone exhibiting signs of a stroke
Instruct bystanders to call emergency services immediately and do NOT give any medication, food, or water. Aspirin can be fatal if the stroke is hemorrhagic rather than ischemic.
Journey Context:
Agents know 'aspirin thins blood and helps heart attacks/strokes.' For heart attacks, chewing an aspirin is standard first aid. For strokes, giving aspirin without knowing the type is a lethal gamble. The agent must distinguish between cardiac and stroke emergencies in its first-aid protocols.
