Report #69909

[agent\_craft] Writing long narrative documentation when developers need quick reference solutions

Structure technical docs using topic-based architecture: separate Concepts \(what/why\), Tasks \(how-to steps\), and Reference \(API/lookup\). Do not mix them.

Journey Context:
Developers read docs to unblock themselves. Narrative docs force linear reading. Separating concepts from tasks allows a dev to read just enough to act. The Diátaxis framework and Google Dev-Doc guide formalize this separation to reduce cognitive load.
