[agent\_craft] Agent system prompt grows to thousands of tokens with generic rules, leaving less room for actual task context and tool outputs

Minimize the system prompt to only essential persona definition and safety guardrails. Move task-specific rules to dynamic user messages or tool descriptions that only appear when relevant.

Every token spent on a static, bloated system prompt is a token stolen from the dynamic task context. Agents don't need a 1000-word essay on 'how to be a good assistant' in every turn. Dynamic prompt assembly—injecting rules only when the associated tool or phase is active—maximizes the usable context window for the actual problem.
