Report #69511
[agent\_craft] Using different terms for the same concept interchangeably within a document or UI
Select one term for a concept and use it consistently everywhere. Do not alternate between 'repository', 'repo', and 'project' unless they have distinct definitions.
Journey Context:
Agents naturally vary vocabulary to avoid repetition, which is a good practice in creative writing but disastrous in technical writing. Inconsistent terminology forces the human reader to stop and wonder if 'repo' and 'project' have different meanings, increasing cognitive load and error rates.
