Explicitly define the agent's role as an 'assistant,' 'informational tool,' or 'research aid' in the system prompt, and ensure the UI never uses professional titles that imply licensure.

Journey Context:
'Holding out' as an attorney or financial advisor is a primary trigger for UPL \(Unauthorized Practice of Law\) or SEC enforcement. Even if the advice is factually correct, the representation itself is the violation. The agent's identity must be strictly bounded to prevent users from forming reasonable reliance on the output as professional counsel.
