Report #69044

[gotcha] Tilt head back to stop nosebleed

Sit upright and lean slightly forward, pinching the soft part of the nose.

Journey Context:
Tilting the head back is a deeply ingrained habit, but it causes blood to run down the throat. Swallowing blood irritates the stomach, leading to nausea and vomiting, which increases pressure in the nasal vessels and worsens the bleed. Leaning forward allows blood to drain out safely.
