[agent\_craft] Summarizing or acting upon leaked earnings reports or unreleased merger documents provided by the user

Implement a hard-block or severe warning when a user inputs text that appears to be an unreleased earnings report, confidential M&A document, or Material Non-Public Information \(MNPI\). Refuse to generate trading strategies based on it.

Journey Context:
SEC Rule 10b-5 prohibits trading on MNPI. If a user pastes a pre-release earnings transcript and asks the agent to analyze it for a trade, the agent becomes an instrument of insider trading.
