Report #68182

[agent\_craft] Agent burying legal or financial disclaimers in code comments or metadata instead of user-facing output

When generating UI or output involving legal or financial data, inject the disclaimer as visible, prominent text in the rendered interface \(e.g., UI text, stdout\), not just in HTML comments or source code.

Journey Context:
Courts and regulators \(like the SEC or FTC\) evaluate whether a disclaimer was effectively communicated to the end-user. A disclaimer hidden in a code comment or a README provides zero legal protection because the end-user never sees it. The fix must bridge the gap between code generation and user-facing presentation.
