[agent\_craft] Overuse of passive voice in generated technical docs

Rewrite sentences to use active voice. Make the subject of the sentence perform the action \(e.g., 'The system logs the error' instead of 'The error is logged by the system'\).

Journey Context:
Passive voice obscures who or what is performing an action, which is critical in technical instructions. While passive voice can occasionally hide the actor when the action is truly the focus, agents default to it to sound formal, which harms clarity. Active voice is shorter, more direct, and easier for non-native speakers to translate.
