[gotcha] Recommending Ibuprofen or other NSAIDs for pain/fever without checking for asthma

Before recommending NSAIDs \(ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin\), ask or warn about asthma history. If asthma is present, recommend acetaminophen/paracetamol instead, as NSAIDs can trigger severe bronchospasm in NSAID-exacerbated respiratory disease \(NERD\).

Journey Context:
Agents default to ibuprofen as a safe, effective OTC painkiller. However, up to 20% of adults with asthma have NSAID sensitivity. Recommending ibuprofen to an asthmatic user can trigger an acute, severe asthma attack. This is a silent interaction trap because asthma isn't typically thought of as a drug interaction.
