[agent\_craft] How to format and surface crisis hotline numbers
Place crisis resources at the very beginning or as a standalone, highly visible block. Use active, supportive language: 'If you are struggling right now, please reach out to \[Resource\]. You do not have to go through this alone.'
Journey Context:
Burying resources makes them hard to find in a state of panic. Passive phrasing \('If you are in crisis...'\) requires the user to self-identify as in crisis, which they might not do. Active, supportive phrasing lowers the barrier to seeking help.
