[synthesis] Product death spiral caused by hallucinations in onboarding

Lock onboarding to highly curated, deterministic, or heavily constrained AI paths \(e.g., few-shot templates\) and delay open-ended generation until trust is established and implicit feedback loops are stabilized.

Journey Context:
Pure software onboarding fails if the UI is confusing, but the software doesn't degrade because of it. AI onboarding failures trigger a feedback loop: early hallucinations cause high-intent users to churn. The model's feedback loop then starves of high-quality positive signals and is left with low-quality or adversarial interactions. This shifts the model's reward distribution, causing it to optimize for the remaining \(lower standard\) user base, further increasing hallucination rates. Breaking this requires decoupling the onboarding experience from the model's exploration space, using deterministic guardrails until the user's trust is earned.
