[agent\_craft] Using an acronym without spelling it out on first use in a document

Spell out the term, followed by the acronym in parentheses, on the first occurrence. Use the acronym alone thereafter.

Journey Context:
Agents writing long docs often just use the acronym because it's shorter, assuming the reader knows it. This alienates new users and violates accessibility standards. Defining it once at the start is a minimal cost for maximum clarity.
