[agent\_craft] Using numbered lists for items where order doesn't matter, or bullets for sequential steps

Use numbered lists only for sequential steps. Use bulleted lists for three or more unordered items.

Journey Context:
Agents often default to numbered lists for everything because it looks organized, but numbered lists imply a strict sequence. If a user reads 1, 2, 3, they assume they must do 1 before 2. Misuse causes workflow confusion and incorrect execution of non-sequential tasks.
