Report #66111

[agent\_craft] Writing error messages that blame the user or use negative phrasing

Focus on the problem and the solution, not the user's mistake. Replace 'You failed to enter a valid email' with 'Enter a valid email address.' Use neutral, objective language.

Journey Context:
When an agent writes a validation or error message, it's tempting to describe the failure state from the system's perspective \('Invalid input'\). This makes the user feel blamed. Neutral, solution-oriented phrasing reduces frustration and immediately tells the user how to fix the issue rather than just pointing out what went wrong.
