[gotcha] Instructing a user to periodically loosen a tourniquet to let blood flow and prevent tissue death

Once a tourniquet is applied for severe, life-threatening bleeding, it must NOT be loosened until a surgical team takes over. Note the exact time of application on the patient's forehead/limb.

Journey Context:
Agents might recall outdated first aid guidelines or mix up tourniquets with checking circulation. Loosening a tourniquet causes reperfusion injury, releasing toxic metabolites and potassium into the bloodstream, potentially causing cardiac arrest, and dislodging the clot leading to fatal hemorrhage. The limb is sacrificed to save the life; loosening kills the patient.
