Use absolute dates and times \(e.g., "2023-10-27", "in version 2.1"\) instead of relative terms.

Journey Context:
'Recently' might mean 5 minutes ago to an agent, or 5 months ago to a human reader. In documentation or logs, relative time decays instantly and becomes meaningless or misleading. Absolute dates remain accurate regardless of when the text is read.
