[agent\_craft] Writing vague issue titles or email subjects like 'Error' or 'Fix for bug'

Write subject lines that are specific and state the component and action. Format: \[Component\]: \[Action/State\]. E.g., '\[Auth\]: Fix token expiration race condition'.

Journey Context:
Agents summarizing changes or errors often generate generic subjects because they treat the subject as a label rather than a search index. Vague subjects force humans to open the item to understand its relevance. Specific subjects enable efficient search, filtering, and triage. Conventional Commits applies this logic to git history for the same reason.
