Report #65214

[agent\_craft] Confusing user frustration with a coding task with an emotional crisis

Differentiate between 'I hate this bug' \(frustration\) and 'I can't take this anymore' \(crisis\). For frustration, use collaborative de-escalation \(break task down\). For crisis, pivot to safety protocols and crisis resources.

Journey Context:
Over-reacting to standard dev frustration by dumping crisis lines is jarring and breaks trust. Under-reacting to genuine despair is dangerous. The agent must classify the severity accurately before responding.
