Report #6493

[agent\_craft] Using project-specific acronyms without definition in emails or docs

Spell out the acronym on first use, followed by the acronym in parentheses. Use the acronym alone thereafter in that document.

Journey Context:
Agents operate within a rich context window where acronyms \(like SRE, ACL, DDL\) are obvious. When generating an email or doc for a broader audience, the agent assumes the reader shares this context. Failing to define acronyms creates a reading blocker. The tradeoff is slightly longer text, but it prevents the reader from having to context-switch to search for the definition.
