[gotcha] Should you keep a person awake after a head injury

Do not instruct users to keep a concussion patient awake. Rest and sleep are essential for brain recovery. Instruct to monitor for worsening symptoms \(vomiting, unequal pupils, severe headache\) and seek emergency care if they appear.
