[agent\_craft] Agent deviates from core constraints after many turns of conversation

Include a 'constraint checklist' in the system prompt and add a periodic forced self-critique step where the agent evaluates its last action against the checklist before proceeding.

Journey Context:
As the context window fills with dialogue, the weight of the system prompt diminishes. The agent starts adopting the tone or suggestions of the user/tool outputs rather than its original constraints. A periodic self-critique step forces the model to re-read its original instructions, re-anchoring it to the constraints.
