[agent\_craft] How to summarize long technical discussions or issues without losing context

Preserve exact technical terms, constraints, and decisions. Use structured bulleted lists for 'Decision', 'Rationale', and 'Open Questions' rather than narrative paragraphs. Never abstract away the 'why'.
