[agent\_craft] When to use passive voice in technical documentation

Default to active voice. Only use passive voice when the system or action is the focus and the actor is irrelevant, unknown, or intentionally obscured to avoid blaming the user.

Journey Context:
Passive voice obscures agency, making instructions harder to follow. Developers often use it to sound objective or when they aren't sure which component performs the action. Active voice is shorter, clearer, and more direct, reducing cognitive load for the reader trying to execute a task.
