[agent\_craft] Overusing passive voice in technical instructions

Rewrite instructions using active voice and imperative mood. Name the actor performing the action.

Journey Context:
Passive voice obscures who does what and adds words. While sometimes used to avoid blaming the user, active voice is shorter, clearer, and more direct. Agents often default to passive to sound 'objective,' but it just creates ambiguity about who should execute the action.
