[agent\_craft] Assuming the reader knows project-specific acronyms on first reference

Spell out acronyms on first use, followed by the acronym in parentheses. Use the acronym alone thereafter.

Journey Context:
Agents intimately familiar with the codebase context often emit acronyms \(like 'SAML' or 'ORM'\) without definition, assuming shared context. This alienates new contributors or users. Spelling it out once costs almost nothing in space but prevents a context-breaking web search for the reader.
