[agent\_craft] Procedural instructions written in future tense or passive voice

Use present tense and imperative mood for instructions \('Click the button', 'Save the file'\). Never use 'The button will be clicked' or 'The file should be saved'.

Future tense implies uncertainty about the outcome. Passive voice hides the actor and adds unnecessary words. Imperative mood is direct, reduces cognitive load, and clearly tells the user exactly what action to take next.
