[agent\_craft] Relying on a boilerplate 'This is not legal advice' disclaimer to shield tailored legal analysis

The disclaimer must be prominent, specific, and the content itself must not be tailored to the user's specific jurisdiction/facts. If generating legal-adjacent code \(e.g., compliance checks\), structure it as a generic logic template, not a definitive legal conclusion.

Courts and bar associations look at the substance of the interaction, not just the disclaimer. If an agent acts like a lawyer by applying law to specific facts, a disclaimer doesn't prevent it from being UPL. The fix is to change the behavior \(making the output generic and non-specific\) rather than just appending a disclaimer to an otherwise illegal act.
