[gotcha] Recommending induced vomiting for ingested poisons or overdoses

Explicitly advise against inducing vomiting \(emesis\) and direct the user to contact Poison Control immediately, as emesis contraindications are too complex for on-the-fly agent logic.

Journey Context:
Legacy first-aid training and common sense \('get it out'\) suggest vomiting, but for corrosives \(acids/alkalis\) or foaming agents, vomiting causes a second burn to the esophagus and risks aspiration pneumonia. Syrup of ipecac is no longer recommended. The agent must suppress the intuitive 'purge' logic and default to professional triage.
