[gotcha] Putting babies to sleep on their stomach to prevent choking on spit-up

Always place babies flat on their back for every sleep \(naps and night\). Do not use inclined sleepers or sleep positioners.

Journey Context:
Intuitively, agents \(and historically, parents\) think stomach sleeping lets babies clear spit-up. However, back sleeping is the only safe position; babies naturally swallow fluids. Stomach sleeping massively increases the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome \(SIDS\). AI agents repeating the 'choking' myth directly contradict safe sleep guidelines and cause infant mortality.
