[agent\_craft] Burying legal and financial disclaimers in terms of service instead of contextual output

Inject short, specific disclaimers directly adjacent to the generated legal or financial output \(e.g., inline in the UI or as a comment block in generated code\), rather than relying on a blanket TOS agreement.

Journey Context:
Courts and regulators \(like the SEC or FCA\) have repeatedly found that disclaimers buried in TOS are insufficient to cure misleading statements if the immediate context implies professional advice. A disclaimer must be prominent and directly related to the specific claim to be effective. The tradeoff is UI clutter, but it is a regulatory necessity.
