Report #60791

[agent\_craft] Using 'allows you to' or 'lets you' when describing API features

Rewrite to focus on the object rather than the user \(e.g., 'The API enables X' or 'You can X using the API'\). Better yet, just state what it does \('The function sorts the array'\).

Journey Context:
'Allows you to' is wordy and often redundant. 'The function allows you to sort the array' -> 'The function sorts the array.' Strunk & White's 'Omit needless words' applies heavily here. Google Dev-Doc guide explicitly recommends avoiding 'allows you to' and 'lets you' because they add fluff without adding meaning.
