[architecture] Agent memory grows infinitely and degrades retrieval performance

Implement a periodic reflection or consolidation step that summarizes older, highly related episodic memories into a single semantic memory, then deletes the original raw memories.

Infinite accumulation of raw text chunks makes retrieval noisy and expensive. Summarization loses granular detail but saves space and increases the signal-to-noise ratio for future retrievals. This mimics human sleep cycles where episodic memories are consolidated into semantic understanding.
