[agent\_craft] Using bulleted lists for sequential instructions

Use numbered lists for sequential steps \(where order matters\) and bulleted lists for non-sequential items. Capitalize the first letter of each list item.

Journey Context:
Mixing list types confuses the reader about whether order matters. If a user does step 3 before step 2 in a bulleted list, the process might fail. Numbered lists enforce sequence. Bulleted lists are for scanning. Consistency reduces cognitive load.
