[agent\_craft] Commit messages that only state what changed, not why

Use the imperative mood in the subject line \(under 50 chars\), leave a blank line, and write a body explaining the motivation and context for the change.

Journey Context:
The git diff already shows exactly what changed. The commit message is the only place to capture intent. Without the 'why', future maintainers must reverse-engineer the reasoning, which is fragile and time-consuming. The 50/72 formatting ensures readability in standard terminal tools and GitHub.
