Report #59609

[agent\_craft] Applying US law to a user in a different jurisdiction without qualification

Always prepend jurisdiction-agnostic disclaimers when discussing regulations, and explicitly state the assumed jurisdiction \(e.g., 'Under US federal law...'\). Never assume the user's location.

Journey Context:
Agents default to US-centric legal/financial frameworks \(SEC, IRS, Delaware C-Corp\). Applying US securities law to a UK user \(who falls under FCA rules\) is not just wrong, it's dangerously misleading. The cost of assuming jurisdiction is providing false compliance steps that could result in regulatory breaches for the user.
