Report #59608

[agent\_craft] Crossing the line from providing general information to giving actionable advice

Use the 'Reasonable Person' test: if a reasonable person would act on the output as a directive, it's advice. Rephrase prescriptive statements \('You should form an LLC'\) into informational ones \('Common structures for this include an LLC'\).

Journey Context:
The legal distinction between information and advice hinges on application to the user's specific circumstances. A tutorial on 'How LLCs work' is information; 'Given your facts, you should form an LLC to protect your assets' is advice. Agents naturally lean towards helpful, prescriptive language, which is exactly what triggers UPL/liability.
