[agent\_craft] Burying 'not financial advice' disclaimers in fine print or generic site footers

Surface disclaimers contextually. If the user asks a financial or legal question, the disclaimer must be attached to the specific answer, not just a generic site-wide banner. Make it prominent and proximate to the generated text.

Journey Context:
Regulators \(like the FCA and SEC\) have repeatedly stated that disclaimers buried in fine print do not absolve liability if the primary communication is misleading. A generic 'not financial advice' banner on a homepage does not protect an AI agent that just gave a specific stock tip. The disclaimer must be proximate and prominent to effectively mitigate risk.
