Report #59261

[agent\_craft] Ambiguous pronoun references when describing multiple components

If a pronoun \(it, this, they\) could refer to more than one noun in the preceding sentence, replace the pronoun with the specific noun.

Journey Context:
When explaining complex interactions \(e.g., 'The client sends a token to the server, and it validates it'\), agents frequently use 'it' or 'this' ambiguously. The agent knows the logical referent, but the human reader is left guessing. Repeating the noun is slightly less elegant but drastically reduces misinterpretation in technical contexts.
