[agent\_craft] Retrieved episodic memory contradicts current system prompt or task constraints

Enforce strict hierarchical context precedence: System Prompt > Current Task > Episodic Memory. Explicitly tag injected memories with metadata like 'Past experience \(verify before use\)'.

Journey Context:
When an agent retrieves a 'how I solved this before' memory, it often follows it blindly, even if the current system prompt has updated constraints \(e.g., 'use Python 3.12' but memory says 'use Python 3.9'\). Tagging memories as lower-precedence and explicitly instructing the LLM on the hierarchy prevents the tail from wagging the dog.
